In order for your body to stay healthy, you must get plenty of rest.  You shouldtry to go to bed before midnight if possible.  It's important that you at least getbetween 6 to 8 hours of sleep a day.  Each individual is different.  Some needmore hours, others need less.  Only you would know how much sleep you need.

If you deprive yourself of the sleep you need, you will start to feel it.  Your bodycan slow down from a lack of sleep.  If your body starts to slow down, it could bea sign that you're starting to age, which is what you don't want.  If you continuewith this route, your lack of sleep can cause you to get wrinkles, making you lookolder than what you are.

Did you know that lack of sleep can harm your brain?  You can't function or thinkproperly if you don't get enough sleep.  You need to get enough sleep becausewithout it, you won't be able to connect to information that you need to commit tomemory.  If your memory is failing, then people may consider you as  "old" .
